Preparation: Wash well. Soak 5 min. (3 parts of cold water for one of Hizikia). Boil in the soaking water for 20 min. Sprinkle soy sauce (shoyu) and boil until the complete evaporation of water.

It is distinguished by its characteristic flavor. It is very rich in provitamin A and has a high content of iron and calcium (14 times more calcium than cow's milk). Recommended for children and pregnant women.
